Our mission

Plaibx.ai was born from a simple frustration: training people on real-world tools and processes takes weeks, and the systems we had were either too rigid or too generic. We wanted a way to turn the way experts actually work — the steps, the "gotchas," the tribal knowledge — into clear, reusable learning programs without needing a full instructional design team behind every lesson.

We started by solving this for small groups: teachers and team leads who need to generate content, organize courses, and build tests and exams in a single place. From there, our vision is bigger — a social platform where people can share entire "school areas," reference textbooks and real data, and even charge for access to their courses. We're building the tool we always wished we had when we were training teams and onboarding new people under tight deadlines.
